When I first repinned this pin on Pinterest, I was intrigued by it but hadn't quite decided if I really liked it.

Maybe it was the 80's colour scheme that momentarily threw me off... but now I'm back, fully sold, because the brassy-gold tree in the background and coral + gold highlights have got me.

I'm loving the effortless way metallics are making their way into home decor, without the kinda tacky glittery thing they once had going on.

I've always had a soft spot for tree silhouettes - I think it grew from my obsession with lines - from the same place that made me love stripes and architectural blueprints.
